This Idea of Mine, I Believe, Will ChangeHow the World Houses Homelessness & Poverty!
Hihg Rise Tiny Homw Buildings (HRTHNHB's) & Community Living Centers (CLC's)
My concept is that High Rise Tiny Home Neighborhood Buildings (HRTHNHB’s) should be built all over America. I believe, in time, this concept will be used all over the world to house the homeless & poor!
Pakistan has approximately 8 million homeless of a total population of 251 million, America has about 780,000, including about 30,000 homeless vets.
The idea in America should begin to house the 30,000 homeless vets.
NYC has more than 350,000 & Gaza has 2 million. Homelessness is a serious situation & can be eradicated, in time, with my ideas!
HRTHNHB’s will be built in “da Bronx” in NYC, on vacant & inexpensive land upstate & throughout America &/or in cities & towns that want them.
There are over 900 American billionaires. Each one should be “proud”, & feel obliged, to “give back to America” (No TY to Donald Trump - as if he would care anyway - or any Trump family member, except Jared Kushner & Ivanka Trump!)
Each HRTHNHB will be 20 stories tall finished as Eco Friendly buildings. These were found my me in New Clark, Phillapines. The image shows what the HRTHNHB’s will look like after the tiny homes are installed.
The top 15 floors will have no walls on either side to allow the installation of 36 tiny homes on each side for a total of 72 tiny homes on each floor. There will be no corridor, but there will be A STREET. It’ll be “A neighborhood in the sky”! At the end of each street will be a large enclosed terrace for gathering of residence of each neighborhood in the sky.
Most tiny homes will have 4 bedrooms - 2 in the front back & 2 in the back. There will be a side entrance & at the entrance will be 1 (or 2) bathroom with a half tub/shower a kitchen & a table / all eating will be in common dining rooms on the lower floors. Each tiny home will have a porch in the front. The floor plan is shown.
Each bedroom will have a 3/4 size bed on a open platform - for storage (it takes double sheets), an easy chair (with many varieties to make each room as unique as possible), a dresser, a small desk & chair & a wall hanging rod for clothes.
(This is the exact layout of my BR in my 1st apartment in NYC. It was a 3 BR duplex at 210 E 83 St. My share of the rent was $80/mo!)
They will 20 ft wide & 30 ft long (+ the porch) - 600 sq. ft. 1 or 2 bedrooms in the front can be eliminated or families.
They will be built as:
1 - Condos. This will serve 2 purposes:
a - Allow the “sponsor” to get the cost of construction (& furnishing) back.
b - Allow the purchaser to own real estate they can afford & start building equity!
*There will be US Government Backed Mortgages with $0 down (most will afford that. Even closing costs can be added to the mortgage.
* If a tiny home costs $80,000 (furnished), the monthly cost @ 7% interest on a 30 yr. mortgage is $532/mo!
* RE Taxes would be abated for 5 years
* There would be the common charge for common electric & management
* There would be a monthly “food cost” for eating in one of the 3 The Common Dining Rooms on the lower floors.
2 - As “rentals” for those who can not or do not want to buy - few will be rentals as the “cost” to buy is so reasonable.
3 - As Community Living Centers. These would be for:
a - The homeless
b - “Wayward” youths & others who want to live in a embracing environment. CLC would offer:
* Psychological care
* Those capable of working would work in food prep for the dining rooms or a
Profit oriented business
*A monthly stipend with more money to those “working”
* Places in the lower floors to get a HS equivalency degree, an Associate Degree or a
“Certificate of Excellence” in the field of choice (& offered at that CLC). This will enable that person to get a well paid job anywhere in the world.
Some CLC’s would be “Caring For” CLCs for those who need help.
ALL HRTHNHB’s will be finished off as Eco Friendly buildings as shown in the image. This was found as what is being done in New Clark, Phillapines. They are beautiful & help the environment!
Each 20 story approximately 4,000 people who will living there so food prep is important. My idea is to have frozen style meals that will allow the person to get a ziplock bag to take “home” anything not eaten. Drinks will be small box style with a straw. All black plastic bottoms will be recycled (washed & cleaned for reuse.
For my idea for Creating a Palestinian homeland, I thought Elon Musk would be the perfect one, but I had sent out the information to all of his Tesla and SpaceX Web sites emails and two others who might have a way to contact him, but I never heard from him. I guess he’s busy singing on America’s got talent and getting 2 million starving and homeless Palestinians into housing just does not have any interest to Elon Musk.
What I did ask him though is that if he can change his focus and instead of concentrating on getting humanity, a summer home in Mars maybe he could spend some time cleaning up our oceans getting rid of the plastic and garbage in our oceans that would seem like a Good way to spend his time.
So then, I decided that China would be a good partner with Israel to build the high-rise tiny home neighborhood buildings to house the Palestinians. I wrote a letter to Xi Jinping, the President of China & went to Manhattan Friday to try to give it to The Chinese Embassy to the U.S. & The Chinese Ambassador to The UN.
The guard at the Chinese Embassy said there was no admission & he could not take a letter. I asked for an email address & he said he did not know & it was “time for me to leave.” I told him the reason I was there but “No way, Jose”.
At the UN I was denied entry & when I asked if I could get email addresses for member nations I was told “No - I have to find them myself.
The only good part of that “adventure” was the wonderful talk I had with Deacon Arman at The Armenian Orthodox Apostolic Church at 630 2nd Ave. I love photographing churches & this one was most unusual. It had a stark contemporary style. It was built in the early 60’s by a group of wealthy Armenians!

Since Elon Musk had no interest in the 2 million homeless & starving Palestinians I thought “The Chinese could build 600,000 tiny homes in about 30 minutes!
Interestingly enough the Chinese are Interestedly the Chinese are in favor of creating a Palestinian homeland and the Israelis are not.
I don’t know what happened to Benjamin Netanyahu. I guess he just sort of lost his mind! Killing over 60,000 Palestinians for what? I’m not too sure - it’s certainly not a Jewish value to kill others - unless they have attacked you and you are retaliating & defending yourself.
The attack on the kibbutz in Israel was by Hamas. They are a terrorist offshoot of the Palestinians in Gaza. They talk on the news about the “war in Palestine”, but who is the war with?
Donald Trump has announced that he is canceling all International funding, including to Ukraine, which Zelinsky has said that if he does not get funding from America that Ukraine will likely go to Russia! Donald Trump has said that he will continue funding Israel and Egypt! I don’t know - maybe Trump and Netanyahu just want to have all the 2 million Palestinians dead or have them all move to Boca so they can “develop” this very valuable land on The Mediterranean.

Creation of a Palestinian Homeland
I am running 4 Mayor of NYC, but more importantly, I am trying to create a Palestinian Homeland - A full explanation is below & on
600,000 tiny homes are needed to be manufactured (2 Million people). Each tiny home would have 4 rooms - 2 in the front & 2 in the back, a bathroom with a 1/2 tub/shower, a kitchen (although all meals will be eaten in the common dining rooms on the lower floors). Each would have a side entrance & all would have a porch in the front. to be placed in 500 High Rise Tiny Home Neighborhood Buildings (HRTHNHB’s). This is my idea & it could become an internationally accepted way to “deal with” poverty & homelessness throughout the world.
“The Plan”
China, & Israel as “Partners in Peace”
China & Israel will purchase from Egypt (maybe they will donate it!) a large piece of land to build the 500 HRTHNHB's. This will be know as the South "New Palestine".
China will manufacture 600,000 tiny homes with 4 rooms in each - 2 in front & 2 in the back, a side entrance, a bathroom w a 1/2 tub/shower; kitchen & table. Each home will have a porch in the front. Note - all dining will be Common Dining Rooms.
China & Israel will build 500 High Rise Tiny Home Neighborhood Buildings (HRTHNHB’s) of 20 stories with the top 15 floors having no walls on either side in South New Palestine (the reason for this name is explained in a section below.
The top 15 floors of each building will be built with no walls to nstall 36 tiny homes on each side of each floor.

The 600,000 tiny homes & 500 HRTHNHB’s are needed to create a place for the 2 million Palestinians. After built Gaza will be razed (it is pretty much destroyed anyway). Hamas probably has already surrendered & returned the hostages as they know “their time is up”, but in any case, the tunnels will be flooded & any Hamas remaining will either come up or drown!.
The hospital currently in Gaza will be renovated & expanded by Israel - with a wall around it for security. It can be run by Palestinians alone or with Israeli also. Up to the Palestinians - whatever they want!
China & Israel can then build, in co partnership, luxury resorts along the Mediterranean Sea in North “New Palestine". I believe It will become a favorite International destination as it is only 40 miles from Ben Gurion Airport.
China can “take credit” for this “humanitarian” project. If 600,000 tiny homes can be built quickly anywhere, it is China! The idea is a bit complex & is explained in further detail below, or on

The “West Bank”:
There are about 3 million Arabs living in what is now The West Bank. Most are concentrated in about 3 areas. These areas will be geographically defined & become States or Provinces of “New Palestine”. Like Alaska & Haiwaii! The rest of the land will be another new country, JudeaSamaria. Jewish residents can, if they desire, have duel citizenship with Israel. Arabs living in JudeaSamaria can, if they wish, have duel citizenship with “New Palestine”!

About 25% of the population where I live in Eastern Queens, NYC - Little Neck, is Chinese. There is a new large Chinese grocery store near me - J Mart (718 - 229 2299). Many of my doctors (Northwell Health) are Chinese. All the Chinese I know are wonderful people - smart, kind, often wealthy & all “family” people. It is a most unusual population! When I was a kid, my mother would say, as did many: “Donnie, finish your food - there are starving children in China!” What a miraculous change there has been in China.

My Ideas For "Helping" the Homeless & Disenfranchised
Community Living Centers (CLC’s).
My idea has morphed over the years! It began in 1984 when I lived in Israel with my family. My ex wife had cousins who had immigrated from Argentina when Israel became a “State” in 1948.
Like other “poor Jews” from all over the world (every Jew is not rich!), they came to Israel to live on a kibbutz. This was the “unique” (
& brilliant) idea to provide a home for the poor that would:
1 - Have a profit oriented business to allow them to have free housing & to eat for free in large Common Dining Rooms. The kibbutz “members” would get a stipend but personal expenses were low - no $ for housing, food or transportation (it was provided by the kibbutz).
I saw how happy they were - poor, but happy! They had what we all want - a connection with others, a loving family, an ability to work to “support” themselves & their family. Life was beautiful on the kibbutz. That’s when I began thinking “This could be “the solution” to homelessness. When I returned to live in NYC in 1987 I was very aggressive in trying to get some attention to the idea. Nothing - I tried or years. Sending letters (before email) to people of import - Zip! I finally stopped by pursuit after about 10 years of “trying” & started playing duplicate bridge every day - loved it! I now play online on an app called Funbridge. Still love bridge - before TV, 50% of the American population played bridge as their evening “entertainment”. Now, because it is so complicated to learn, it is not as popular. But a National Bridge Tournament can still bring thousands to the city where it is held. The beauty of “duplicate” bridge is every one plays the same hands - they are dealt by a computer. So it is not “I got a great hand pr a lousy hand” Everyone has the same hands - it is only SKILL that determines how you do compared to the other pairs playing the same hand! It is another “beautiful” idea!
Enough about bridge - sorry if I bored you. Back to the kibbutz.
2 - The kibbutzim (plural) were all built on the Eastern border of Israel, next to The West Bank. This was to create outposts (there were “watch towers” in each kibbutz) for protection against possible attacks from Palestinians in the West Bank who want to “kill Jews” - an “old fashioned” ideal for many!
Jesus was a Jew! A Rabbi! - but a different one than ever existed before - he claimed to be “the son of God”. Jews believe the Messiah is “in the future”. Jews look to the future for inspiration! So, he was killed. He WAS a remarkable human being (not as remarkable as Judy Garland! - She sang - he did not! She is the only person in history who has a book written about (almost) every day of their live - even Jesus did not get that. I know, all the Churches & “Jesus on a Cross” for home decor. But, sorry, I love Judy Garland - I “respect” Jesus. I believe in Saint Judy! I AM a Judy Garland addict, but, not to worry, I start rehab soon!
Certainly, Jesus’ teachings will live on forever. So will Judy Garland & her songs & life story. When Frank Sinatra was dying he said “100 years after I die, no one will remember me! 500 years after Judy Garland dies, people will still be listening to, and “studying” Judy Garland”> I call her “The Beethoven of Popular Music.” I never hear a song of hers that is less than wonderful. She was so human! My favorite story is after she made 40+ movies for MGM (she WAS the highest paid, most beloved movie star of her day), she became a concert singer. She had over 1,000 live concerts - all sold out - ALL with rave review. Everybody did (& does - once they get to know her) love Judy Garland (that is, except my cousins, David!).
Jesus was, without doubt, the most consequential human who ever lived (Donald Trump is trying very hard to take over that title - “Oh boy, I am something - I was able to destroy the most beautiful Democracy that every existed - I am GREAT! - & consequential) But Jesus is not the Jewish messiah! And Donald Trump (he kept a copy of Hitler’s Mein Komph next to his bedside growing up - he has “dreamed” of being a Dictator all his life - his “time has come” according to him. And so many still love him. I got into an altercation with a neighbor who I only wanted to discuss Donald Trump. He threw me to the pavement, kicked me repeatedly, spit on me & caused bleeding. I called 911 who called an ambulance to dress my wounds. Republicans do not want to “discuss” - they only want to use force. I will someday write a book “I Will Never Understand a Republican”. If you tell them “See that person sleeping on the sidewalk - I would like to help him out. A Republican will say “Excuse me - I think you are making me vomit - Help someone else out - what are you crazy or something”. I ask customer service reps all over the world “Do you have a party in your country that is against helping those in need?” All say “No”! Only in America, baby! What was once “The land of the free & the brave” but is now “The land for the rich, super wealthy & Billionaire” - forget those “poor schmuks” who have to struggle to make it through each day. “F them - just give me more money - no more erections for me except when I get more - more, more more - that is my mantra”. We are a sick society in America. We need help & ALL Republicans need meds - it IS a mental disorder! Sorry, I get carried away - like a leaf in the wind! Very poetic! I’m a poet & did not know it! Ha!

CLC’s could be is a practical solution to begin to end homelessness & the shelter system. My “vision” is to begin with the approx 30,000 homeless Vets. Don’t tell Donald Trump - you know how he feels about the military - they are around to support his move to Dictatorship. We are on that train & he is moving it along in high gear. Authoritarianism is now a fact in America & we are moving into Totalitarian at a rapid clip - Thanks to “the genius” of our “Dicktator in Waiting”
2 - Totalitarian - Defined as when you bring the military - It has begun!
The National Guard has been in LA (A Democratic city “Blue”.)
The National Guard is now in DC (Blue!) & Trump has brought in National Guard troops from all over the country to “patrol” DC. He has said he wants to “take” control of the local government - very Dictatorial!
He is planning on sending The National Guard into Chicago (Blue) because of “rampant crime” - not the case! Many many cities (all Republicans) have much higher crime rates (per capita) than Chicago. Just ask Mr. Google1
He has ordered ICE Raids to take “dark skinned” people off the streets (with no warrant or charge), rip them away from their families, & send them to El Salvador for a lifetime of detention! “The NEW American way!” Oy veh - we are far down The Rabbit Hole”
The National Guard now have militarized the streets in DC! An “important” step on “The Road to Fascism” - how often he read Mein Komph & remembers “what to do”.
Trump says “This is not limited to just DC”. He says “NYC & Chicago are bad - very bad!”
He has listed all the cities he wants to “take over”. They are all “Blue Cities” even though it is the Republican States & cities that have the highest crime rates - just ask Mr. Google!
Trump used to keep a copy of Hitler’s “manifesto” on creating a dictatorship, Mein Komph, at his bedside “growing up”.
It has always been his “dream” to be a Dictator!

A few days ago a neighbor was on his scooter riding his son around. He obviously loves his son! I was sitting on my deck & heard the scooter & went to stop him to have a “discussion” about Donald Trump. When I asked him what he thought now of Trump he said “I still love that man”. I became incensed thinking”How he can teach his son that the man that he supports is taking away our democracy. I knew from the past he was a Trumpster. it’s got me angry and I gave him a push on his back has rode off. Yesterday, again sitting on my deck, I saw him with his son on the scooter. I stopped him to have a talk he got off his scooter started screaming at me “I’m going to kill you - I’m going to kill you, you Mother Fucker!. He threw me to the pavement, repeatedly kicked me & spit on me. I was disoriented & bleeding.Two people came to help me get up - I could not get up on my own. I am a 78 year old man but this is how a Republican “has a discussion”. F You - I will kill you, you Mother Fucker!. I called 911 & they came & called an ambulance to clean & bandage my bleeding hand & arm. My LL(I am a tenant on the 2nd floor of a 2 family house in beautiful Douglaston, Queens. He has ridiculed me for “causing a disturbance in the neighborhood. He is a Trumpeter also, but I think he does now realize what is happening & has softened his thinking. I dare not even go close to that subject with him!
I am passionate about our democracy. I want to see it survive and as a father, who obviously is a loving father, ask myself “How can he “teach” his son that a man who wants to create a dictatorship is the man that he supports” It just set me off & I gave him a push on the back.
To my neighbor LL - “So if you think he was justified in throwing me - a 78 year-old man down on the street, repeatedly kicking, spitting at me, yelling “I’m going to kill you - I’m gong to kill you - You Mother Fucker! & making me bleed (only because I wanted to have a discussion), well that is your prerogative.
Oy - I just get carried away - should I make all this a novel? My life has been so interesting! From a wonderful childhood growing up with a single mom & going to my grandparents Hotel on Pass-a-Grille Beach Fla & loving it - The Rellim Hotel - their last name was Miller - What is Miller spelled backwards - Wow - Rellim).
It was “American Plan”. This means all meals are included in the daily charge for guests — no prices on a menu that changed daily. My mom & I were “family” & naturally, ate for free. And the food was all 1st class. I “learned” to love to eat! It was like going to a high class camp The Hotel had 60 rooms overlooking Boca Ciega Bay on the East side of Gulf Blvd - the land is very narrow there - about 50 yard on the East & about 200 yards from Gulf Blvd to the beach - go to google maps - St. Pete Beach - the property is just where Boca Ciega Bay begins on the East.
There was a dining room with all windows overlooking Boca Ciega Bay that opened for fresh air - there was a/c also. Every guest had the same assigned table for their entire stay. For each meal there was a white table cloth on every table - very classy! All the guests came back each year - many staying the entire season. All the help came back each year also. They all worked at a Hotel in Maine & when it closed after Labor Day, they could come down & stay (for free) in the homes my grandparents bought for the help. Everything was near the beach, so they could “Holiday” before & after the hotel was open. They all loved “working” at The Rellim! It WAS camp for all.
The Hotel was was only open from mid December till after Passover. Across the street, on The Gulf of Mexico, were 8 beautiful villas with 3 motel rooms in each. A beautiful walkway to the Clubhouse & pool next to wonderful St. Pete Beach (one of the most beautiful beaches in the world). A buffet lunch was in the Clubhouse every day at 1 pm. The dining room was still open for lunch, but most preferred the “relaxed” atmosphere of eating at “The Clubhouse”. There was a room for the buffet lunch - a beautiful L shaped table with as white table clothe going to the floor with flowers & leaves pinned to the trapped table cloth. Wow - I wonder what’s for lunch today? Food was very important to all at The Relic. Mike & Addy worked the Buffet lunch then Mike as the Bartender & addy was the cocktail waitress. It was like a beautiful play. We had the same waitress in the dining room for about 20+ years - Libby! She was a short red headed lovely woman & was a “Happy Waitress”. You see, she started her “cocktail hour” before coming to serve breakfast! “Good morning, Donnie, so good to see you today - isn’t it a beautiful day - I am so happy to see you! What will it be today? Lox, eggs & onions again? How about those wonderful pancakes or some Challah French toast. Bacon too - OK (it was not kosher - just Jewish style). And for dinner, there was a roll boy - my cousin Jay for many years - & a relish boy - another cousin. I was NEVER given a job because I was “Mr. Klultz” - I could drop anything like a pro! I even dropped the wine glass on the carpet of the Temple ot the Friday night service for my Bar Mitzvah & when reading The Torah (the Old Testament with hand written Hebrew on parchment - google it), I dropped my pointer (called a Yad). I looked at the Rabbi & asked if he could help me & he said “Just keep going”! I could read the Hebrew but did not know my portion (parsha) by heart. So, I started making up words that sounded like Hebrew. I looked up again at him &, apparently he was getting such a kick out of “my performance” he said “Just keep going”. Finally he let me stop. Naturally, everyone pinched my cheek (I was kinda cute then - almost 60 years ago! “You were so wonderful, Donnie - We are all so proud of you.” No one had a clue! My Bar Mitzvah dinner was a “Grand Affair” at The Hotel.
Back to “reality” - not so much fun today in America - a “Mass Killing” daily, the military in our cities & a fast road to Dicktatorship by the Master Dick himself - Mr. “I am the most wonderful human who every lived”
My idea is to build originally was to build CLCs on vacant, inexpensive, land or in cities that wanted that revitalization or just want a CLC in their city. My plan involved construction of CLCs as condominiums to allow for units to be sold to investors for the homeless who could turn around & pull down their pants & say “Please kiss my ass - I am helping a homeless person - I AM wonderful, no? My concept changed as I developed my “plan” for creating a Palestinian Homeland - all on DonaldWeissIdeasForChange.com
My “plan” requires housing the 2 million (it keeps going down as Netanyahu continues the killing. Has he “lost his mind” or does he just wants them all dead so Israel (with his BFF, Donald Trump) can use that beatiful land right on The Mediterranian Sea for development - for more money, honey! “Let’s just kill all 2 million, or sent them to Boca! Yippee, money makes me so happy. I guess Netanyahu forgot about The Ten Commandments - who is this “war” with? Hamas was, & is, a terrorist splinter group derived from The Palestinians. There would not be a corridor - there would be a Street! A “Neighborhood in the Sky. Each tiny home would be 20 ft wide by 30 ft. long. There would be 2 rooms in the back & 2 rooms in the front. Each would have an entrance on the side, a bathroom & kitchen - although all eating would be in 1 of the Common Dining Rooms on the lower floors. There would be 4 types of HRTHNHB CLCs:
1 - A Working (or Retirement)CLC where members would work in a profit oriented business. Most would work in food preparation. Feeding 2 million people a day 3 meals a day is 6 million meals a day. You can’t call Uber Eats! My plan is that each meal would be a “frozen dinner” (including breakfast) style meal. I eat them & they are actually tasty. A spaghetti dinner is $2.50 - & someone makes a profit!. All drinks would be small box drinks with a straw. If a meal is not finished it could be taken back in a zip lock bag to put in the microwave. Plastic bottoms would be washed & used again.
2 - A Learning CLCs where people would get a high school equivalency degree, or an Associates Degree,OR A “Certificate of Excellence” in the field of their choice! A butcher, a baker, a candlestick maker. Even a computer programmer! They will then be able to get a job anywhere in the world. 3 - A retirement CLC

I lived in Israel (’84 - ’87) & spent much time on the kibbutz where my wife’s cousins lived - Kibbutz Bachan. I have fond memories of how wonderful life was for her financially poor Argentinians who immigrated to Israel when it became a State. I soon thought how wonderful something like that would be for America to “solve” homelessness. I have had the concept of Community Living Centers since then & had been aggressive when I returned to America. 0 response, so I just stopped. Now I realize the HRTHNHB & CLC concept could be used not only for a Palestinian Homeland, but if built all over America by the 900 American billionaires & other wealthy Americans & corporations (& Foundations) this could accomplish much. They are obviously mentally disturbed, but if they felt disenfranchised & confused & knew they could go to a CLC for human support & to get the psychological intervention they must know they need, this could be the way to put America back of the right path. China & Israel will purchase from Egypt (unless they want to "donate" it) a large piece of property South of what is now Gaza to build what is described below.

The land is needed to house the 2 million currently homeless & starving Palestinians in the 500 HRTHNHB’s needed to create a place for them.
After built (I call it South “New Palestine”) Gaza will be razed (it is pretty much destroyed anyway). Hamas probably has already surrendered & returned the hostages as they know “their time is up” but in any case, the tunnels will be flooded & any Hamas remaining will either come up or drown!. The hospital in Gaza will be renovated expanded by Israel - with a wall around it for security. It can be run by Palestinians alone or with Israeli also. Up to the Palestinians - whatever they want!
China & Israel can then build luxury resorts along the Mediterranean Sea in Northern “New Palestine". Why I call it “New Palestine” is explained later. It will become a favorite International destination as it is only 40 miles from Ben Gurion Airport.

There are about 3 million Arabs living in what is now The West Bank. Most are concentrated in about 3 areas. Jewish residents can, if they desire, have duel citizenship with Israel. Arabs living in JudeaSamaria can, if they wish, have duel citizenship with “New Palestine”!

About 25% of the population where I live in Eastern Queens, NYC - Little Neck, is Chinese. There is a new large Chinese grocery store near me - J Mart (718 - 229 2299). Many of my doctors (Northwell Health) are Chinese. All the Chinese I know are wonderful people - smart, kind, often wealthy “family” people. It is a most unusual population! Theater can decide how they want to sell tickets - discounts all the time - only that day or including full priced tickets anytime in the future. This will make Times Square about theater & increase theater (& other NYC cultural venues) ticket sakes dramatically!

A contract will be made with the money sent to the prior tenant after it is confirmed they have vacated their apartment. The lock will be changed by NYC Police with confirmation. I was in Manhattan a few weeks ago and I must’ve seen 50 people sleeping on the sidewalk or on benches. I saw so many people opening doors with cups in their hands. I saw groups of what look like a very unpleasant people hanging out together in the small park medians on Broadway, This is not the environment that makes people feel comfortable. People feel most comfortable with others who are similar to themselves, not by skin color, but by the way they carry themselves and behave!
Who opens store doors with a plastic cup in their hand? The poor! Don't get me wrong - I have nothing "against" poverty - I just want them to choose someplace else to live by accepting the financial offer to move! $25,000! Don't Panic - All Rent Regulations will be Ended - Your base Rent will be What it is now. Th Idea Will Help You, not Hurt You - Read About it
* Housing Costs & Rent Regulations - this is a big one! The essence of the idea is that
Tenants should know that they will not be "kicked out" of their apartments if now living in a "decontrolled" apartment. It is their home & that current rent will be the "base rent". How th e LL can get possession - only for an immediate family menber is detailed below.
For Rent Controlled & Rent Stabilized tenants, initial "base rent" will be as it & will go up the next year, & annualy, at 6%/yr. until the rent equals 70% of the market value. Market value will be determined by LL but the tenant will be able to be challenge by maksing a motion with the Hosuing Court for an confirmation or other determination of the "market rent".
Tenants will get a 6 year “lease” with a step up after the 3rd year. Increases will be governed by The NYC Rent Guidelines Board.
Ones housing costs is probably the most important financial aspect of people’s lives! And the security, or insecurity, they have about their “home” is of upmost importance in everyone’s life.

Only in building of 5 or less units can the LL get possession by filing an application with the Housing Court. Affidavits would have to be presented & if it turns out they were lies, the LL will be subject to a monetary judgement against the LL in favor of the “evicted” tenant. The tenant would have the right to regain possession. Application would have to be made no sooner than 1 yr in advance & if LL is granted possession, the tenant will have up to 1 yr to move from the date of the order of the court. If the tenant does not move within 365 days, there will be daily penalties set by the court with money damages in favor of the LL.
The idea is to make NYC as attractive as possible to attract a huge influx of middle class, upper middle class& the wealthy to NYC. Housing costs & security of "your home" & knowing you can keep living in "your home" is of upmost importance.
As there is a population shift, there will be an increase in availability which should stabilize initial rents.

They will be permitted in any vacant apartment in a building of five or less apartments.
Having affordable places for tourists to stay in NYC is in the interest of NYC & will attract many more people to NYC. Tourists SPEND SPEND SPEND - they go to theater & other cultural events. They are desirable, but many can not afford to come to NYC now because they can not afford a hotel. Hotels can be what they are intended to be, which is moderately priced, upscale and luxury - not places to house homeless people.

* All school children (grade 1 - 12) will go on an "outing" in NYC once a month - in the morning. You could spend a lifetime going to all the wonderful places to go in NYC. Twice a year, there will be an "outing" to a cultural event - a show, concert, dance +++. All venues will hire young new casts for these off day 9 am & 2 pm performances "For NYC Kids" (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday) - starting in grade 4.
* Peeing (+) in NYC - Now a challenge! It won't be when I become "Mayor Donnie"- TYVM
Retail space or space in office buildings will be rented for bathrooms! Maybe in the office building there can be Day Spas for 1 hr to full day "Treatments".
There will be outside & inside attendants to make sure the bathroom is used for what is intended 4 - not an "Afternoon Delight". To enter an office building or retail store bathroom, ID will be left with the entrance attendant.
This will greatly reduce yellow stained pants & make all feel comfortable that they do not have to go from place to place hoping to find a bathroom! Is this my MOST IMPORTANT idea? I hope not!

My "Love Affair" with NYC
Crossing 8th Ave When I was 8 to go to theater - "Mom, they don't have girls like this in St. Pete"
Dragging me along "Come along Donnie, come along!" I have had a "love affair" with NYC since I was a kid. I grew up in St. Pete, Fla & when school was out, my mom would drive us up to be with her sister who lived in Mamaroneck. She would take me into the City to see a show & I was "hooked"! We would park to the West of 8th Ave & crossing 8th, I would see these "creatures". My 1st show was Damn Yankees with Gwen Verdon.
Note - I am a write in candidate running as a Democrat - I am writing a book "I Will Never Understand a Republican". Why do they cringe at helping those less fortunate than themselves. Why do they like taking from the poor & giving to the rich - I think it must be a mental disorder. When I am the my doctor's office & they come to take my blood pressure, I tell them "you don't have to bother taking my blood pressure - I am a Republican - I don't have a heart!" Some laugh & some leave confused. Huh?
My ideas for NYC include the following.
* Convert all NYCHA (NYC Housing Authority) buildings to condos, after offering tenants $35,000 to move (not obliged to take). It would start with the worst NYCHA building that would be totally renovated & made "upscale" after being vacated by the projected 100 tenants who will take the money. "Sweetheart, we will never see $35,000 again in our lifetime - let's take the money& move to ??" Each converted building will create about $???? in new revenue for the City from Income taxes paid & condo RE Taxes paid. In addition there will be significant savings in not supporting the 100, mostly welfare tenants, who left. I project that in building with 150 apartments, approximately 100 of the existing tenants will take the $35,000. The value of the 100 apartments to be sold will be approximately $120 million for each building (there are many 2 & 3 BR apartments in NYCHA buildings - all large & well laid out). This will more than cover all upfront costs & the cost of a full renovation. If each apt has 1 1/2 working people making $100,000 yr at a NYC, with the income tax rate being an amt of $3,300 + almost 4% of salary, each apt. will generate $600,000/yr, or $6 million per building.in additional income tax reenue. RE tax revenue for 100 apartments valuesd t 45% of $1,2 million or an assessed value of $540,000 at the tax rate of 3.8% will generate approximatly $20,520/ yr. per apt for a total of approximately
$2,052,000 a year. The total of Income tax revenue & RE Taxes for a NYCHA building with 100 apartments sold will be approximately $122 million. There are 177,000 NYCHA apartments in NYC housing approximately 520,000 people. If 2/3 of the tenants in each building moved, the total projected income for NYC after all the buildings are converted (about a 10 year project) would be about ALOT of $. Will work on it - getting breakfast now!
*Times Square Should Be About Broadway & Theaters, not The Naked Cowboy & His "Buddies" (Mickey,Minnie - all them guys)! Discount TKTS, & future performance @ full priced ticket or a discount (if that is ok with the theater) will be sold by "uniformed" TKTS employees. Short performances from Broadway & off Broadway shows will be held in North & South Times Sq. every 1/2 hour (for 10 minutes). Times Square will be "rezoned" to allow only sanctioned people, in costume, to sell TKTS. All the other "creatures" can ply their trade on the side streets & 42nd St.
* NYC will have defined neighborhood with defined boundaries. Community Boards will cover a group of neighborhoods. This allows for a more efficient government!
*To begin with homeless vets - Community Living Centers (CLC's) will be established on cheap NY State land or in cities that want this new economic stimulus, Poverty should not be taken care of in th most expensiv real esate in the world. NYC will work with NY State to create CLC's. Each CLC will house approximately 1,500 people & it will begin with the homeless vet population then go to the homeless. Each CLC will give the "member" good living space. There will be common dining rooms. There will be 3 types of CLC's:
1- A Working CLC where the "member" will work in a profit oriented business - it could be anything from no soil farming to a call center ti lots of other possibilities. Each "member" will receive a monthly stipend of approximately $300. They have basically no expenses - no cost of housing, nocost of food & no transportation costs. There
* All subway stations & entrances will be renovated with artistic designed entrances & all stations repainted in colorful ways with lots of art. It will be paid for by "donors" with recognition signs. All platforms will have multiple areas on each side with floor to ceiling thick clear plastic strips with heating & a/c! Yippee!
* Paint all the red brick box buildings in NYC designed by differnent artists. Like in Stuyvesant Town, each building could be a different bird. This would make it beautiful & increase values. "I live in the Bluebird Building". in Peter Cooper Village, they buildings could be different flowers. "I live in The Gardenia building".
* Have an annual theater/dance/opera outing for all NYC students starting with kindergarten & going through the 2nd yer of a Community College. They would be performed by "alternative" actors & dancers & given on a Monday, Tueesay, Thursday or Friday matinees
* Increase the number of free Community & 4 year colleges. Residnets will be able to attend for free. This will greatly increase dmand for middle class to move to NYC
* Build a high rise with many Las Vegas style theaters to bring more concerts, singers, Cirque du Soliels & other performers & performances to NYC. Many will establish full time residencies. Who would rather have a ful time performance residence in NYC rather than Las Vegas? So many!
* Right hand turns will be allowed at any intersection where it is deemed to not be dangerous
* The Subway app will not have NO advertising. This does not allow finding subway info.
* NYC maps will be created that show streets with the subway stations easy to find.
* Speed cameras will move up the ticketed speeds to 40 mph. I used to get 3 a month from the downward hill near my house. You have to concentrate on going less then 35 mph with no traffic or on a hill! This is not an importnt source of income for the City.
* There will be "English Police" who will work with people to learn English - what a "foreign" concept - speaking English in America! People will be encouraged to learn English by using their phone (free - google Chineese / Spanish / Whatever to English. There will be "walk in" classes all day in many locations throughout the city. There is a new Chineese grocery story near me on Northern Blvd & Marathon Parkway (across from Mc D's). There is a huge Chinese population in this areast now. I went into that Chineese grocery & no one spoke English - not the manager, none of the employees & none of the customers. I left!
* Opposite side of the street parking will end! Only once a month. Go look at any street after the cars have moved & before Sanitation has come - they are clean!
* Garbage bins will be discontinued with different colored plastic bags (large or small) used for different types of garbage. All the details are below (somewhere)
* In Manhattan & other "urban" neighborhoods, there will be artistically designed containers (about 1/2 the size) on the side walk, or the street, to allow garbage to be put in, in different colored bags, on the sidewalk side with openings on the street side for Sanitation. They will have seasting z(no sleeping), planter boxes & places to put notices. I will be a gathering place for peeople in the neighborhoo with out door seating & food trucks. Each block wil have 2 or 3, depending on the sie of the population
* A new form of housing, I created, will be apartment style buildings with full openings on either sides. Tiny homes will be placed on each side creating a "neighborhood" on each floor. Some tiny homes will not be so tiny with 2 floors. This will be a cheap way to create lots of new housing with a new living concept where you will actually get to know your neighbor - how radical! Like Liza Minelli sings - she meets her next door neighbor overseas & marries him, I think. I forgot the name of the song but it is part of her Emmy winning TV show - Liza with a Z. Youtube it - it's wonderful! As is Liza (& her mama, Judy Garland - the love of my life!). I am a Judy Garland addict - but, not to worry, I start rehab soon!
* Rename The Palace Theater to The Judy Garland Palace Theater. She has an historic & storied history with The Palace. It was renovated for her in 1951 when her soon to be 3rd husband, Sid Luft was in Times Square he saw it was vacant. It was vacant & abandoned for 20 years since 1931 when it closed because of the depression. He had just started his "relationship" with Judy - she just divorced Vincint Minnelli. He knew Judy was the most popular & beloved movie star of her day. She recently ended her "relationship" with MGM a after making more than 40 movies. He wanted to get her "back on her feet" & knew the owner of The Palace. He called & said "why don't you renovate the theater & Judy Garland will sing there". He siad "good idea" & she performed for 40 weeks - 2 shows a day, all sold out, all rave reviews. Big crowds came to Broadway just to get a glimpse of Judy! * "Dots on Lots" - put differenet colored dots & numbers on lanes in parking lots so dummies like me don"t have to spend 1/2 hour looking for their car!
* End zoning - it is antithetical to progress. Paris, London & many cities in Texas have no zoning! In Paris, I have been told, you can put whatever you want in an existing building. In NYC, similiar stuctures could be built where desired. If a neighborhood has single family homes, they can be built in what might now be zoned commercial (like on many avenues in the boroughs). After a legal "announcement" of the proposed new construction, neighbors within a 1/4 mile radius would have the right to protest the new construction. Open meetings would be held to discuss the idea. It could be cancelled with a majority vote of this group, or modified. Democracy reigns not only on rainy days!
* There would be a new Department of Signs & Directions. People could report missing or misleaing signs. This would be investigated & corrected, as necessary.

They have NOTHING to do with Broadway or Times Square. New York City needs to pass an ordinance that only allows people sanctioned by Broadway or off Broadway theaters to be in Times Square in costume & to solicit. These other characters can be relegated to the side streets to ply their trade.
No more waiting on line at the TKTS Booth, sometimes up to 1 hr. or more! The TKTS windows can sttay open (especially for rainy or snowy days)
1 - What I propose are TKTS people, dressed in a special TKTS outfits, would carry a hand held device to sell TKTS at the discount for that day and to sell future tickets at full price. They would be able to take the credit card on the machine and to send a QR code, or other confirmation, to the customer as their ticket. This should increase sales dramatically because it makes it easy to buy tickets. You don’t have to wait on line at TKTS. You don’t have to pay a service fee with one of the brokers online - you don’t have to go to the theater box office. You just have to go to Times Square and find a TKTS live human being representative. Not so difficult! I recommend the GoDaddy smaller handheld device.
2 - I am proposing that there be performances at th bottom of the bleachers behind the TKTS location on 47th St. with another performance just just north of 1 Times Square. Every half hour, young actors (or hungry older ones) will perform from a show, in costume. Now Times Square is what it should be - about Broadway & Off Broadway Theater! Goodby Minnie & Mickey (& Goofy too - I heard Mickey & Goofy were gay - shh!) & Mr. Naked Cowboy (dd he retire - to Boca?). Hello Broadway & Off Broadway Theater.
3 - Theaters that have strong demand for their show should have 14 performances a week. Many people prefer a matinee and why leave the theater vacant four days a week during matinee & Monday nite when money could be made. Alternative casts can perform in these "added performance days"

I sent a letter to Elton John asking him to write a theme song, perhaps incorporating it with her orchestral intro. I have also asked if he & his husband, David Furnish, would like to produce the shows. Or maybe Barbra Streisand would like to - she & Judy were "tight". I will also asked Susan Stromann do the sets & choreography. I read she is interested in new & often young choreographers. She could use differnet ones for The Judy Garland Highlights shows. So many of Judy’s songs in the Highlight shows could have new choreographers present their work. A good example is the song she sang in one of her early movies "Got a Pair of New Shoes". That would be exciting with contemporary choreography. Duets with Judy by the famous & less than famous would be wonderful. The audience could sing along after the duet is sung. Who would want to o a duet with Judy? Would Barbra redo their spectacular uet "Get Happy". Would Barry Manilow come? He already has 1 on line - youtube "My Dream Duets - Barry Manilow with Judy Garland".
Perhaps Simon Cowell could pass on talent for duet performances. I envision big stars being able to come on even at the last minute and sing with judy. Of course you’ll have to know what they’re going to sing so there might be some planning involved, but the idea is to have the show open to whoever wants to come to sing with Judy Garland and to sing a little bit on their own.
Did you got in my story would be presented in two parts the first half of her life from her being an unwanted baby until she was fired from Annie get your gun for not showing up at all for filming in XXX until the end of her life in 1969. My idea is that those shows would run just three or four days a week and the balance of the shows both matinee and evening shows. It is on show number 9 - if you watch the entire show scroll past the stupid comedians unless you like stupid comedians I guess one of the things about to do Garland show is that they still look contemporary even though they were made in the early 60s Judy had her hand and everything and she was like a good architect who built a building that is timeless She knew how to create a show that was timeless look at any other show made in early 60s not the Judy Garland show. Parts of all the shows could become part of the highlights. Really, the possibilities are almost limitless. I am proposing that Liza Minnelli and Lorna left can show up for any show whether it be a life story show or a highlight show to take over part in the show or to sing with their mama and sing by themselves also. They will get paid as all the other people who show up and that would be union wage the actor or actress who was supposed to play the part that night will either play another part or sit out and get paid. This will create a new excitement on Broadway not knowing who is gonna show up for one of the highlight shows. People can know what is in that show in advance. For example, it could be a highlight show. Just using Judy Garland show number three and people could listen to that show before they come to Broadway and familiarize themselves with some of the songs that will be in the show as sing-alongs. I’ll have to look at show number three myself to see which songs might be appropriate for that particular show, but like I said it is unlimited. The interview with Liza Minnelli is something remarkable and the interview is on the left is also quite telling about Judy Garland’s life and interest, forcing the interviews with songs and duets and dances I think would be very entertaining.
I am also proposing that the retail store created when they raised the palace theater to create that valuable retail space should be used as a Judy Garland and Wizard of Oz showroom selling all the Judy Garland and Wizard of Oz products that are out there.
I suggest that the Judy Garland story went told be told either in a live performance or by video by John Frickey, who I call Mr. Judy Garland he knows everything about that woman and his presentation is something that would be a asset to both Of Life story and her highlight shows. He has written many books on Judy Garland as well as books on the Wizard of Oz.
I am so enthusiastic about this idea. I think it may be a huge blockbuster where there might even be two theaters having Judy Garland highlight shows and maybe just in the palace theater the Judy Garland life story would play every day matinee and evening and another theater would have Judy Garland highlights. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see how strong demand is, but I know once you get to know this woman and listen to her. It’s hard to stop. She has a unique ability of transcending time and space when you watch your thing on video even though she’s been dead for 60 years somehow you feel like she is singing just to you and you actually develop connection with her and as you get to know about her life, you become very sympathetic to her as a human being very enthusiastic about her as her humanity was remarkable on many levels on so many levels with so many stories although that can be part of Judy Garland highlights it really can go on forever and what pleasure there would be in creating different highlight chose And having new talent come to perform with her and having old talent come to perform with her.
Oh boy, I’m so excited. There are so many Judy Garland mixes and playlist on YouTube that just a few songs from each of these can be a highlight show. I just came across a YouTube blah blah blah that has his number videos often times I’ll put the news on and listen for a few minutes because that’s about all my Nervous system can take and then I put onto Judy Garland and often times she is singing to me when I wake up because there’s so many songs in the playlist in the mixes that I can now say that I truly slept with Judy Garland you can too. Like I tell everyone how can you find a woman who is so easy to get along with and always sings to you whenever you ask her to and her voice isn’t so bad either I guess the one unique thing about listening to Judy Garland is a very rarely hear a song that’s less than wonderful. Herbert Hoover promised “a chicken in every pot” - I promise Matza Ball Soup for every household! Everyone who votes for me will get a jar of Matzo Ball Soup. I have to figure how I will do this. I think each person who voted for me will confirm that on a form with someone sitting outside the voting area. They will provide their name, address for shipping, their email address & phone number. Maybe I’ll have 1,000 jars at each voting place to give to the 1st 1,000 people. While in office I hope to accomplish the following:
1 - To stay alive! Hard to accomplish much when dead. Well, actually, I am a big believer in spirituality and how the spirit world can create events & happenings on earth.
2 - Proceed with implementing my idea to transform New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) buildings. Start with the worst building. Tenants would be offered $25,000 to move. They’re not obliged to take it but many will take $25,000 and say, sweetheart let’s go back and live with mama in Alabama. We’ll never see $30,000 again! Then the city & the state will totally renovate the building - all new plumbing, electric, pointing, remove lead paint, install a new roof with a Roof Garden, new elevators, pointing, renovated lobby, halls, lighting, landscaping & paint the buildings in an artistic way. The outside of the building will be re-landscaped with upscale landscaping and seating.
The vacant units will be sold as condos. The prices will be reasonable as the new middle class & upper middle class tenants will pay income tax & RE tax to the City. This will bring in a huge new middle and upper class middle population to New York because the city doesn’t really need to mak. They want to just increase the economic status of the people living in New York, who will contribute to the city of New York by paying
This process of converting all the NYCHA housing to private condos will continue building by building and become a major impact on the future of New York City by replacing mostly poor people who generally pay no taxes & cost the city & State lots of $ to a middle class & upper middle class tenancy that will pay income tax & RE tax & not need financial help from the City,
3 - New York City would be redefined in with specific boundaries for all the different neighborhoods. The combination of neighborhoods would become the Community Boards that now exist. This way, like in Paris, it is much easier to control and change things when they’re done on a basis like this. Members of Community Boards will represent the residents of the neighborhoods they represent.

4 - I have presented my idea of the reopening of The Palace Theatre in Times Square with "Judy Garland Sings Some of Her Highlights with Video & Live Duets & a Sing a Long" to the 2 owners, James Nederlander (Pres. of The Nederlander Organization) & Stewart Lane. The letter is on my website

6 - This will change America beginning with housing the approximately 30,000 homeless vets. This is a “National & International” idea & is instrumental in idea for peace between Israel & the Palestinians with the creation of New on the national level and a local level gor what I call community living centers (CLC’s). CLC’s would be built either in cities that require vitalization and need revitalization or on vacant inexpensive land New York City is not the best place for a community living center, but it certainly would work on getting rid of the homeless population in New York and putting them in a community living center probably some places in upstate New York maybe even Buffalo, which does require revitalization and could use an economic simulation the idea for community living centers is that there would be built as condominiums so people would buy a condo. It would have his own kitchen. They would mostly be studios one bedroom for families are two bedrooms or three bedrooms for families they could be in low rise mid rise, high riser, tiny home facilities. There would also be larger units built for people who don’t want to live permanently in the community living center, but wanna have their own place there to participate in the community living center environment. There would be a working community living center where people would work in a property in a business it could be anything from farming and using some of the new farming techniques I guess where you grow things in greenhouses to cottage industries to call centers there’s a whole myriad of things people can do and learn how to do quickly. They won’t get paid as if they’re on a job you’ll get a stipend from the community living center. Their housing is free although they’ll be a kitchen every unit they’ll be common in dining rooms where most people will wanna eat so the members have no we’re very little cost for food basically no cost for transportation because transportation will be provided by the community living center so they’ll get a state maybe five or $600 a month that they can use for whatever personalities they have the second type of community living center would be a learning community living center where people would go to get a associates degree a high school equivalently degree a bachelors degree a masters degree maybe even a doctorate who knows, but after completing that they are independent, they could go out and earn a living anywhere in the world the third type of community living center would be a caring for community living center. This would be for people who don’t get into either or working or learning community community center then there be a retirement community center for old parts like myself will appropriately name at the old fire community living center. Don’t worry it won’t smell then they’ll be an intake center most of the operations of a community living center and maintenance will be handled by members of the community center as the units are condos the owners of the unit and it may be that some very wealthy people just buy all the units and name at the Oprah Winfrey community living center, which might have six or 700 members and have 700 total units. Of course I’ll be common facilities needed and the health needs of members of the community living centers will be addressed according to where the community living center is built. Let’s say some rich guy decides to buy one unit while he get sick his pinky up in the air until all his friends were a great guy he is he just thought an apartment where homeless man is gonna live in the program his pants and tell everyone kiss his ass, but he can decide what he wants to do with that real estate and they go up and value and they want to sell it, you may want to give it to the homeless person or may just want to keep it as an asset to give to his children. The cost of the community living centers if the entire center is not donated by one person in which case they would pay for the cost of construction of the common area administration buildings building with a common dining room and all the other facilities that might be there, including indoor and outdoor pools tennis courts Pickleball court shuffleboard Archery maybe even a driving green something that everyone at the community living center can enjoy doing in this spare time.
7 - The garbage situation in NYC is a mess!
a - End the use of bins to be replaced with different color garbage bags that can be purchased in different sizes. The bins are inconvenient for everyone. The homeowner has to take it out & bring it back & the amount of garbage may be more than the bin holds. The garbage men don’t like it because it is often an effort to pull the bags out of the bins - no one likes them. I am suggesting large, medium or small different color bags can be purchased as follows:
Green bags - Plastic
Blue bags - metal, including cans
Yellow bags - paper & small boxes
(Cardboard boxes could be left out on recycling day as boxes or made flat w tape to hold them together. They would not go into any bags)
Clear bags - compost

For mid rise & high rise residential areas & commercial areas, I propose:
Large 1/2 size containers be place in various locations on bike lanes or on the street. Each will be artistic designed by an artist who won a contest as the best design. 8 - There would be a new law encouraging people to learn English! How many people, including Uber & Lyft taxi drivers say “No English”. I told an Uber driver from China once “Turn left”. He had no clue what I was saying & kept going straight. You can not force something to learn English, unless the employer forced them to. Anyone can learn English for free on their phone but so many don’t bother. If there were “English Language Police” who monitored people & their progress, this might be an inducement.
9 - Times Square I have what I think are some good ideas for Times Square, & Broadway theaters. How are they doing in “The Age of Trump”? Although I haven’t been in the city recently, I did get a post showing no one in Times Square. I don’t know if that’s the situation now. That people are just afraid, especially someone who wasn’t born in America. Best to stay home. I agree!

I was always enamored by Broadway and Times Square when I was a kid my mother would drive me up after school was out to visit my cousin and her sister in my neck often we would come into theater and she would park on the west side of eighth Avenue And as we’re crossing eighth Avenue I would say to her mom they don’t have girls like this in St Pete and she would be dragging my hand saying come along Donnie come along the first show I saw was Gwen Verdon and Damn Yankees I was hooked!

I will not live in Gracie Mansion - I have lived in my large 3 BR apt in a 2 family house in a lovely, almost private ( only 1 entrance off Commonwealth Blvd) neighborhood for over 30 years. I love my apt. & the neighborhood. I have the entrance on the side so have a private deck that I have "planted" colorful plastivc flowers in the flower boxxes. I call my home"Happy Sptings" after I purchase ($1 - TY at Dollar Tree) a sign with a stake that sasys "Happy Springs". I have the apartment filed with z"the Happy Springs Family". 1. Schlomo, formally known as Butch until he "went" Hassidic & his log tie girlfriend, Christina. How many times have zI told her "Christina, a nice girl does not go around with a "For Rent" sign around th neck". She always gives me the same answer "I don't have th head for what you'r saying". Hopeless!
2. My "old budy" Hweman. We met in a Haloween store about 30 years ago got along right away - I think we knew eachother in a previous life. He wars a kippah (head covering) but never goes out to Synagogue - he says he'll just "stay pur". Next to him is my "faithful dog", Spot. Spot's a good dog, but Spot is a stupid dog: "Sit, Spot, sit" - nothing - he doesn't move. Oh well. He, like every other dog, when he looks at me seems to be sayingz "Do you love me as much as I love you?" I WAS a dog in a previous life &. loce, & get along with, all doges. I HATE CATS - don'e even like looking at a picture of them & hated he musical Cats!
3 - Jdy, Judy, Judy (Garland, of course). the real love of my life. I think I may love her more than my mother, & that is saying a lot. I have tons of Judy Garland info on pg 2 (or 3 - it might have moved down) & never hear a song of hers that is less than wondderful. You know how difficult it is to find a woman who is so essy to get along with & who sings to you whenever you want! ONLY Judy Garlabd. Frank Sinatra said "100 years after I die, no one will remember me - 500 years after Judy Garland dies, people will still be listening to & "studying" her." I call her "The Beethoven of Popular Music". I am a Judy Garland addict - but, not tooo worry, I start rehab soon.
When she sings, I feel my soul leave my body & levitate - good way to start the day - I have a few other ideas on that, but will not go into that now!

How to Use & Navigate This Site
It's a bit complicated
I am trying to get GoDaddy to have a search bar at the top of the page - no luck yet. So, you have to scroll down to explore the various sections. When you get to the end, to go to page 2, you have to go to scroll back to the top of the page you are on & hit, at the top, the text page 2, page 3, etc. The phone & computer differ - one has 3 lines (called a hamburger) th other has the text. To go back to the beginning, you have to scroll again to the top of the page & click "Home Page" or the hamburger to go to "Home Page". Oh well!
